ABOUT DECK WASH PRO:
Use Deck Wash Pro (DWP) on Exterior Decks, Siding, Plastic Lawn Furniture and Driveways. DWP is specially designed to clean, brighten, and condition cedar and redwood substrates. Clean and brighten all wood, concrete, vinyl, painted aluminum, rubber and fiberglass surfaces. Deck Wash Pro (DWP) will not harm existing coatings and finishes or pressure treated lumber.

Deck Wash Pro (DWP) is primarily designed for periodic maintenance cleaning of wooden decks that has a sound surface coating. Fast-acting, loosens and lifts dirt, stains and discoloration in 10 minutes. 100% biodegradable-won't harm grass, plants or shrubs. Deck Wash Pro (DPW) does not contain any of the following substance:

No chlorine bleach formula--will not degrade wood structure.
No Methylene Chloride
No Solvents

Wood surfaces that have weathered for more than one year may require wood restoration using Top to Bottom. Surfaces with peeling coatings or heavy stains will require Clean Brite or BST (Biodegradable stripper) product(s).

The multi-surface cleaning of Deck Wash Pro (DWP) provides some extraordinary features:

Cleans and brightens weathered wood. Restores the natural, like-new appearance.
Removes Mill Glaze by preparing new wood surfaces for finishing
Removes Mildew, Tree Sap, and Algae
Removes grayed wood fibers, ground-in dirt and stains from nail bleed, and tannin extractives.
Clings to vertical surfaces for effective cleaning of spindles, posts, railings and lattice.

Allow all wood surfaces to thoroughly dry prior to application of new coating.

APPLICATION:
Surface Preparation: Ensure that all project surfaces are dry and remove all loose material. Pre- wet and/or cover vegetation remove surrounding lawn furniture and landscape ornaments.

Mixing Instructions: DWP CONCENTRATE MAKES 2 - 4 GALLONS. Mix Deck Wash Pro with equal amount of water (ratio 1: 1) for deep stains or (1: 3) for normal cleaning; in a plastic pail. Do not use in metal containers.

Test Area: Conduct a small test in an inconspicuous area to ensure product performance, requirements and coverage.

Apply Product: Use brush, roller or pump-style garden sprayer. Ensure liberal, uniform application on all project surfaces. When working on vertical surfaces apply product from the bottom to the top. Mist surface with water to maintain a wet working area.

Coverage: Approx.600sq. Ft./Gal (20' X 30' Area) Avoid application in direct sunlight. Reducing evaporation and maximizing coverage.

REMOVAL:
Wait: Approximately 10 - 20 Minutes after applying

Agitate: Using stiff brush or floor broom to remove residue from wood surface.

Rinse: With water using garden hose or power washer. The use of a power washer will reduce the need for agitation; recommended PSI between 500-1200. Thoroughly rinse all project surfaces after application of DPR.

PRECAUTIONS FOR DECK WASH PRO :
Avoid ingestion, skin and eye contact. Cover exposed skin during application. Wear personal protective equipment (rubber or neoprene) -- gloves, footwear and goggles. When applying product using spray applicators wear NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator.

Dispose remaining product in accordance with applicable environmental regulations. Neutralize with baking soda or soda ash in an open container. In case of eye or skin contact, immediately flush with cold water for 30 Min. If swallowed give lots water or milk. Get immediate medical attention. DWP contains a phosphoric acid of 2-4% and oxalic acid solution of 5-10%. DWP is 100% soluble in water non-toxic and non-carcinogenic. Avoid contact with bare metal surfaces: aluminum, zinc, and magnesium.
